Just fired it up the other day, msd 6010, QuickFuel 750, no choke or anything. Starts up and idles great, if you blip the throttle it pops and stumbles and sometimes a flame pops out of the carb. The chip in the msd box is #3. Idles really smooth though... Not sure where to begin

a little update, changed the plugs got the car hot, took it out and beat on it, cleaned it out. its a little fat, but the main issue is, when im stalled up and mash it to launch it stumbles. jets are 74/84, 4.5 power valve, 31 squirters i believe. fuel pressure is about 6 psi, bowls stay full. was having a problem but cleaned the brand new carb out and fixed alot of it. i had it at the track today and netted a 7.44@93, but the carb is still stumbling. just curious on what other stock ls1 are running jet, squirter and power valve size wise.

You will likely find the car will want #37 or #40 squirter discharge nozzles front and rear.
Make sure you get a wide band and lean the idle to at least 13.5:1 so it does not fowl the plugs. 14:1 would be better if it will take it. However, be prepared for it to be fussy when cold.
