Default spark plug help

I have a 4.8 ls1 in a 1974 mgb weighs 2200 lbs edelbrock 600 which plugs should I be running

I ran ngk tr55's in my 6.0, I think that's what they call for stock. Funny thing is I swapped in some br7ef's in for nitrous and ran the exact same on the motor. These things will run with anything I think ha.

A TR5 is what I used in my stock applications, now I stick to the tr6 NGK for all of my naturally aspirated setups that have stock compression.

I use the tr6's also. gapped at 35.

Im running the E3s in my LS3. So far they are running great. I fouled the factory ACs while the Fast EZ was learning and figured why not give them a try. I will update down the road when they get some mileage on them.
