Offenhauser makes an adapter to turn the 4150 sideways. As far as the 'front' jets, one could make a tube with the correct thread, to move the jet back 90 degrees, into the fuel. I have also seen foam, that fits into a bowl extension, up against the metering plate. I'll have to do some digging to find it.

Moroso 65221 might work.
