I will try that, thanks guys. Trying to go to Friday night TNT, thinking about running a couple of motor passes to see if jetting up helps.

If you are between 11.5 & 12.5, I would not jet up. You are already too rich. I would instead jet down 1 size each pass and see how the MPH looks.

you need to tune the motor on the motor plugs. Im guessing your using 5's. Put the 5's in and tune for the best MPH then put the 7's in and let her rip!!!

I have not seen any performance difference in my car N/A at the track with plugs ranging from Tr5s to Br7s.

Yes the plan now is to put the TR6s back in and move up 2 jet sizes to 82 squared and see if mph increases or decreases. It is a 11.4 compression pump gas motor so I started with TR6s to be safe and plan on running the 7s for spray. I appreciate the suggestions and will try them Friday night, no spray yet just not comfortable enough with the NA tune. Thanks again guys.

just cause the gauge says that doesnt mean the motor doesnt my wideband showed 10.7-10.9 and ran its best so you tell me what mine liked

jet up until it slows down then back off 1 jet the motor and times will tell ya what it likes best not what you think and a gauge says

I reset it and free air set it like innovate said to. Still same

Said screw it bought a fast wide band. Same thing same results leaned it out slowed down fattened it up picked up et and mph

Went to fast multi port ez efi with diff wide band in the system Same thing shot for a 12.5:1 afr. Slowed down. Went 10.8-10.9:1 went right back to fastest et ever ran

So you tell me about the 3 diff gauges and setups to be wrong

Well guys the results are in, you are all allot smarter that i am and i appreciate the knowledge! I pulled that damn carb twice and was able to up-jet until she slowed so slightly. Ended up at 87 squared and she slowed down 1/2 mph on 2 passes so i will be moving back to 85s. Thanks again guys. Next time out we will be feeding my baby girl some juice... Timing was at 34 total all the way to 8K rpm and all in by 2K rpm, nitrous tune for 100 shot will be pull 4*+2* for insurance 28* total and install some NGK BR7EFs which is 2 heat ranges from stock and a 0 protrusion plug. Thanks again guys.

Try to run a staggered jet setup (78 front/88 rear)

Something's gotta be up with your combo, I'm on a stock bottom end LQ9 trapping 124.5 and 10.80s in a 4500-5000ft DA

Can you post some videos??

Staggered jet sizes only work if your running a power valve in the front.

So how much did the mph pick up?

Cool what carb, intake, and cam setup are you running on your motor only passes to reach those really good numbers on a stock c.i. Bottom end?
