throttle is sticking some ???

Ordering a power valve plug...then putting 84 jets in back..

Sounds like it is time to tune the accelerator pump squirters. What size discharge nozzles do you have?

My main body came with 31 squirters if I remeber correct.

Most guys have 37 or 40 size discharge nozzles. I have 40s front and rear.

37 front and rear Did the job thanks for the help ... Just got to wait on my pv plug to come so i can go up to 84 jets in the back... Idleing its running rich

just got i from playin with the car..hole shoting it opens up then bogs WTH ??? AND ITS RICH AS HELL !

800 W/PROFORM BODY
72/72 JETS W/6.5 PV F&B
37 SQUIRERS GOING 2 BLOCK OFF BACK P V AND PUT IN 84 JETS...

Try unhooking the secondaries of the carb, then tune the front first. It's easier to dial one side at a time. You can bog from being too rich too.

When you say it is rich as hell. Why do you say this. What exactly is it doing and when?

Also, does your car have two idle mixture screws or 4? How do you have your idle mixture screws set? What process did you use to set them?

Woh, 1.5 is a starting point for 2 corner. I'm usually 1-1.25. 4 corner I'm isually .5 to 3/4 on all 4.

A vacuum guage would help tune your idle. if you have to close the rear two screws and just use the front, 1.25 turns out on a 2 screw should be close
