Default Long tube headers vs manifolds

Stupid question... I scored a set of long tubes im in the process of butchering to fit my G-body Cutlass...

I intend to run a full 2.5 inch exhaust with some flowmaster Super 10s with tailpipes..

Comparing these 1-3/4 long tubes to the F-body manifolds how much of a difference in performance have you guys seen? Mind you im running a stockish 5.3 with an early Ls1 cam... I know most engines pick up a ton of power mainly low end with long tubes and im just wondering how the stock iron manifolds stack up to these bad boys.

30-35 hp is usually what full lengths pick up. Some times more.
