I did run slicks this past year but only because they were given to me for free. This spring I think I'll go to Hoosier Quick Time Pro's in place of slicks. Still close to slick performance but technically a DOT tire. I'd love to try drag radials one day but probably not until I get better shocks.
Yeah, same here. They are so damn close it's crazy. You have a touch more compression with your LQ9 but you're also toting more weight than me so it almost equals out. Can you imagine what a great race it would make if we could ever line em up!?! Pure driver's race that would be won on the tree!!!

Good luck, Tigg! I get the feeling the personal bests are going to fall again. This time the NA jumping into the 10s and NOS single digit territory! Just watch out for the dew. Our test and tunes go till 11pm here, and in the spring (kinda like your winter weather) the dew slicks the track down by 9ish and its all over. Its kinda fun to hang around and watch people try though. Slip and slide, anyone?

Well, the weather forecast for tonight has gotten better. The chance for rain has dropped to 20-30%. The temp range will be from 55 to 59, but the humidity will be very high at 69%. If the barometric pressure stays stable it could get to "0" D\A. We will see what happens.
