Can an LNC 2000 be used with an MSD 6010 box?

Can an LNC 2000 be used with an MSD 6010 box? I know the LNC can be used in an efi application but has anybody tried it using the MSD box? The reason I ask if for the capability of using 2 retards for 2 stages of nitrous. I know the MSD box has one built in stage and the LNC box would be the other one. Has anyone tried this or know if it works?
