Default what to expect...
I bought this cam out of the classifieds

I had a 6.0 but it needed more work than I wanted to spend (spun main)

How would this perform in a 5.3?
Vic jr 750dp
4k converter
Spray.

Should I rethink my 6.0 or find a new one?
I currently have 2 sets of heads 317 and 806 (ls1 early)

That is alot of cam for a 5.3!!!! Is it a all forged setup? Your going to have to spin that motor high and have some decent heads.

Why not make your 6.0 a 400+ ci with forged bottom end?

That is a split hair bigger than a Trex. Will be great in a 5.7-6.0. For a 5.3 it will want to spin more RPM than the rod bolts will want to allow.

243/249, 73* overlap, and on a 110....gonna be pretty lopey and need to RPM

If I had the money for all that, do you think I would be looking at used camshafts?

Im going to put arp rod bolts in. How many rpm's do you think ill have to turn?

My last 5.3 had a lgm g5x1 cam. It liked 7000 rpm.
