Default inline fuse /toggle 12v msd 6010

Anyone have a fuse to protect there box and if so wat size

MSD says it pulls 1amp for every 1000 RPM

MSD also says a direct power source to the battery with nothing inline should be utilized. having fried two of these boxes, i like the idea of a fuse though.

Says direct ground to battery & switch power source; semantics, but...

My ign switch is powered through a 10A fuse.

I run mine off the stock 12v ignition on most but wired my mustang from scratch, so it has a 10a fuse.

I have mine wired on a toggle switch with a 10 amp fuse and seems to work fine.
