Well , haven't been on site for quite sometime. Thought I'd up date on my progress, haha. Freshen motor with new cam and lots of head work. Getting it dialed in and third run KABANG. Wire came off fuel solenoid and well..............
Decided to sell NOS stuff. Looked into roots blower and pro chargers. Decided to go with Pro Charger. Found a used F1X , that had been gone through and not used. Going to use an Alston direct drive mount to crank. Also got a LSX block , going to bore to 4.125. Then I'll have the 427 I've been wanting.
Now I'm broke and have to wait till the end of year to be able get rest of parts. Had a total knee replacement dec 15th. not working so no paycheck.
Pickup is going thru weight reduction, getting a tube frame , should take another 300+ lbs off. If any of you carb guys have a pro charger let me know how your doing. Oh, I've lost 40 lbs only 50 more to go , that should help too.lol

Ya , that's cool. Wondering if anyone out there has done the gear drive route. And what luck they are having with that. Also who they used for a carb, etc. Probably going to send mine back to Pro Systems. Called the Carb Shop they didn't want my carb to redo and make blow thru. Wanted $1600 for a new one.
Is yours an air to air inter cooler. The pic on my computer isn't to clear.

It a buddy's car that I help with. Forgot what carb. But it's ran on alcohol so no Intercooler. Wouldn't be hard to plumbing a Intercooler if they went that route.
