help me tune my metering block

I also use a pcv valve . I did disconnect it and rpms dropped maybe 50-75 rpm . Not much difference . I also checked the brake booster with no change in rpm . I am pretty confident there is no vacuum leak . So I am ordering a new set of blades to get better transfer slot exposure an see what happens . I am hoping there is a delay between the idle feed and the transfer slot . Once the slot is exposed it takes a second to produce fuel . Maybe this will cure my problem . We will see . Thanks for everyone's interest . I am bound to get this fixed one way or another .

The blades had #180 on this 4150 . I assume this means 1.75" . Is there a different thickness or are all of them the same thickness .
