PCV problem or something else?
I noticed this same milky yellow substance accumulate on the old 5.7 SBC that was in the truck after I removed the PCV system and just installed a breather to the valve cover.
Is that what is causing this stuff and if so, how should I avoid it with this new LS1 I am about to put in?
There is no cross flow the way you have it . Every time you crank the engine ,the inside will condense moisture with no where for it to go .
