Most of the MAP curves are just straight lines going from 0 to 5 V. The datasheets plot "typical" values that look like they were drawn with a crayon anyway. I'm not sure how much difference it will make if you are off by a bit at the extremes.
Hard to believe someone doesn't have what you want on a megasquirt forum. Worst case just hook up a vac gauge and measure your own curve. You can check with the local weather station to get the current barometric pressure for your on the day you do your measurements.
Or just map a quarter volt as zero pressure and 4.9 as 15 psi and call it good.
