The 4.30 gear used with the 3 speed TH350 will make traction very difficult with nitrous. It will be great N/A, but tough to launch on nitrous with all but the smallest shot.
On the carburetor, if you plan to upgrade to a very high RPM 6 liter or a moderately high RPM stroker in the future, investing in a 4500 Holley platform intake manifold would be a good choice. Even if you end up using a 4150 on an adapter with your stock bottom end 6 liter. However, an L92 Super Victor will be slower than a Victor Jr. on your stock bottom end 6 liter. The Super is too big for a <7000 RPM 6 liter.
For that camshaft, this camshaft was designed for a stock bottom end 6 liter with a Victor style intake:

If you end up putting in some forged pistons with valve reliefs or are willing to cut valve reliefs, I would recommend something custom to take advantage of the addition piston-to-valve clearance available.
the 4.30 gears should be fine since I am going with a 29.5/11.5-15 rear tire, and I am running a turbo 400 transmission.
And I am starting to research the info available about port velocity and its effects. I don't plan to port the intake or the heads until I have a complete stroker kit for the motor.
