Default Idle timing control MSD box 6014??

I have the MSD box 60143 Black and trying to find out what does the idle timing control do? It says I believe enable or disable I think? If I enable it do I need to go to a graph? I do have my map sensor hooked up. I couldn't find any info on it. thanks

Think it is for use with the map sensor. I've never tired to use that feature myself.

From what I read, it constantly searches for the best idle timing, when it is enabled. Everything I have read, says to keep it off for high performance apps.

thanks, called twice and both times waiting on a return call from one of the engineers to explain what it is as both reps didn't know.

Everybody leaves that disabled. Makes your idle speed wander.

I'll just disable it then.
