What jets does it have now? do you have a AFR gauge? Reading plugs on E85 will look like your LEAN lol, super clean fuel. My 428 had 92 front 102 rear with a 55 power valve up front. AFR gauge will be your best friend with E85, or use your temp gauge and see how much hotter the motor is after your pass. Old way of doing it but don't rec it.

Ah just saw the S475' turbo right? Start rich and work your way down then. Running lean on a turbo motor going into boost is a sure way of self destruction. AFR gauge for sure then.

I'm pretty up on E85. My bracket car is a N/A SBC 383 at 600 hp. Your right about the plugs. Don't have AFR on it, but use my temp during runs to guage where I'm at. If I pick up 8-10 degrees at the end oh the run I'm about right. It's important that you stage at 170 to get best atomization of E85.
