MSD 6014 breaking up,backfiring through exhaust

MSD 6014 breaking up,backfiring through exhaust truck starts fine,runs good at half throttle,but when it gets under load,it starts breaking up and the power goes away.it started this all at once.been in the truck for a few years working great.plugs look good,tried different coil packs,replaced cam sensor,there was a fault code,cleared and came right back.it has a 850 quick fuel drag carb,stock cam .82 jet plate kit.has anyone else had this come up out of the blue.
