Hose came off once....FiTech replaced knowing they had a bad batch.
Buddy had it in the garage door, working on wiper motor I think he said, started it up (25* out) to warm it up. Heard a pop, motor cut off, then flames. In the panic that then happened, he moved his 2017 50th Camaro, hooked a chain to his other pick up, and pulled it away from the house. 4 fire extinguishers didn't put it out, and the local VFD showed up to flood the truck.
