Question Weird downshift noise in driveshaft or axle??

I have a really weird nose either in my driveshaft or my rear axle when i go to downshift. It sounds like something is loose and is torquing so much it is hitting or interferring with something else.. N e one have any ideas of wat this could be???

my buddy has an aftermarket BMR torque arm and the top bolt by the tranny fell out and clunked bad when giving it gas, and when letting off. that could be a guess. Or could be your u-joints, mine are bad but havent got around to replacing them. Does it clunk going into gear at a stop?
