Default 1993-1997 gauge cluster swap

is it possible to swap my 93 z28 gauge cluster with a digital 97 z28 gauge cluster and still have it work properly?

Going from analog to digital readout may require a new ecm, but I'm not certain. It sounds like it may not be worth doing anyway. There are aftermarket companies that sell different color instrument cluster bezel. Horsepowerfreaks.com has an aluminum one, for example, for 93-96 Camaros.

If you dont like the yellow tint, just get a 94-96 cluster with red needles and white numbers. Ive been meaning to get ahold of one for my 93 also.

swapped mine out in the 93 for some 96 gauges. you can get rid of the filter by the coil once you swap as the 96 has a internal tach filter got rid of all that 93 yellow stuff. a/c controls, headlight and foglight switches, turn signal stalk, and changed the window switches out for some 2002 z28 switches
