Default Question about SLP larger Diameter Y-pipe

SLP Part #31035

Question is: The website notes at the bottom of the page that for 98-99 some cutting and welding is required. Has anyone with a 98-99 replaced their stock "flat" Y-pipe with this? If so, how much cutting /welding was needed (pics or a description would be great)?

Thanks in advance

Not worth the agrevation. Get headers. I have done one once (against my own advice) for a friend. You need to cut about 1-2" off the end or the cat-back is pushed back too far. Every car is a little different on this mod.
