Default LQ9 Fbody swap question.

ok well im swapping an LQ9 6.0L from an 03 escalade into my 98 z28 m6 camaro.

the only issue ive run into is that 2 out of the 4 alt bracket bolts cant be used. i was wondring if anyone has done this swap in there car and if so what did you do for this.

im sure it isnt going to be an issue as the main bracket is secured in 2 spots along with the alt being secured by the bottom bolt and bolt in the back of it.
the 2 that dont work are the one right next to the idler the bolt to the right of that.

Someone correct me if i am wrong, but I think the bosses are there and they can be drilled and tapped to accomodate F-body front accessories.

ONE of the bosses are there, one is not. you can mount the bracket up and drill one of the holes and tap it. the other one lines up with the cylinder and cant be drilled. three of the four is solid and works out great. ive seen some without that hole drilled and still work but its an easy fix so i just went ahead and drilled mine
