tan wire on driverside inj harness by grounds?

tan wire on driverside inj harness by grounds? . i have my motor out and getting ready to put the new one in. i noticed a tan wire coming out of the loom by the grounds on the driver side injector harness. the plug is gone and i have no idea what it is. i really appreciate any help.
