i really love my SLP LT's but probably would not like them as much IF i was lowered. If they are the old style SLP's, they do hang lower than most, if not all. Not saying they are bad or anything, probably the biggest, most noticable mod ive done (im just a bolt on guy), and i have no issues scraping, etc, but im stock height.

I heard SLP changed their design of the LT's they had. The ones I have seen suck for ground clearance. I have not seen a set without crushec collectors. Most people who had them changed them out for another brand.
Get Kooks if you want good headers.
If you're on a budget, get Pacesetters.
Both are better than the SLP's in my opinion.

mine were bought used (600 shipped, LT's Y, and cats) and not a scrape on em. Never scraped em either, up tight angled drive ways, speed bumps, etc.
Kooks are great (if you have the cash),,, pacesetters will be rusty within a very short time frame, but usually are very cheap.
The SLPS are SS Steel and Ceramic coated. If you can get some at a good price, do it.

last i checked, slp wanted quite a bit for thier headers which steered me twords the pacesetters. ive had them for about two years now and they still havnt rusted, and the way that they fit and not hang down is incredible for a long tube header and having lowering springs with them would not be a problem. i dont know about the kooks, i never looked into them.
