Default 4th gen interior swap into 83 z28.

i've been searchin around here and a few other forums as best as i can for info on swappin the 4th gen dash console and panels etc into my 83 z28. i see a lot of people with some questions and such but really no one thread where someone has documented their whole swap. does anyone happen to know of one? or should i just take all the info i can from the couple other threads and document my own swap experience and make a good thread about it? thanks in advance! p.s. if i this needs to be in the interior forum i'm sorry. but i figured i'd keep this outta ls1 territory lol

You will probably find more info on this on some 3rd gen web sites.

There is one here in Texas with LS1 engine and interior swap. It is red with flames. Incredible car. The owner is/was on here but I can't remember the screen name.

I remember someone saying that the mounting points were actually pretty close to lining up. They just used some self-tapping screws to mount it.
