wait a sec....the engine bay clearly says c5r LS6 motor yet the add states that its an LS7 which would mean a non original engine and would make this car worth...ummm 30k ..... Am I the only one who caught that?

And fwiw, these cars were selling for this much back in 2002....I highly doubt that they have started to appreciate already..... if it is all original, 85k seems to be a barret jackson price....

great car, hard to justify the ~$130,000 you are paying over a '02 SS in the same condition though...

"The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith."

LOL

So i might show up and find out I bought a Ford Windstar?

You can totally replicate that car for thousands less!.

**** you'll end up saving 140k if you build it yourself.

I love these cars! Although the price is high you have to think about how much it would cost for someone else to do the build for you. The engine work is probably a bit of money alone plus then you have to factor in the suede middle of the seats, gauge overlay, price of wide body kit, installing the wide body kit which requires the new quarters to be added, full paint job, and I'm sure I'm missing a few little thing. Also that hood is more expensive then the usual VFN Sunco hood because its carbon fiber, that's what those black stripes are, the fibers unpainted. If i had the cash i would buy this in a heartbeat. Sure you can make a replica of these cars but you can never say its a true original (assuming this one is, that disclaimer gets me nervous)
