Default Cutting Springs

Hey everyone i jsut recently bought me a 00 Camaro SS. Looking to lower the car a little bit and not really wanting to buy lowering springs at the moment. Has anybody cut their springs and if so how how much did you cut and how does it ride and could ya post some pics. Looking to do it the cheaper way if the car wont ride like total crap. Thanks for any input.

I've got a set of used sportlines for sale if you're interested. $125 shipped.

Cut springs always ride like garbage if you cut enough to actually lower the car. It screws with spring rates and throws them way off of linear rates is usually why it has such a big impact iirc.
