Awesome, congrats on the purchase! Before you do anything else, get some subframe connectors for it. It's an addiction, once you start messing with F-bodies it won't stop! I've been a loyal Camaro owner for 11 years so far...

yeah i was gona pick up some sub frame connectors next but this morning i noticed that my rear end is leaking. i had i feeling something was starting to go out back there it roars pretty loud. im pretty sure its my pinion bearing making the noise and the pinion seal thats leaking. do yo guys think its worth fixing it or should i just upgrade to a 9'' or something?

Might as well do a 12-bolt or 9-inch. If you have the money, do it.

i had it fixed today only paid 450 for new pinion bearing. i took it to a differential shop in my area they guy was really cool. he took my whole rear end apart and let me know it all looked good, but that my passenger side axle has a axle saver that looked fine. he also let me know that i have a 3.73 gear set too. im actually kind of happy that i got it fixed because having gears put in was on my list of mods.
