94 cam fog lights(Need Help)

94 cam fog lights(Need Help) I have a freind that has a 94 camaro and one of the for lights is not working.Looked the front end all over and could see how to remove or get to the bulb.It looks like a lot of work just to move the bulb or get the assembly out.Not a thing in the owers manual or in the Haynes Repair Manual.Need help please.

It's probably going to be the same as if you needed to replace the turn signals. Gotta go from underneath, taking off the plastic air dam and surrounding plastic 
I don't have mine in my driveway to go confirm currently but pretty sure that's A WAY of going about it. Good luck i hate replacing those bulbs.
