Default Need some help for my 99 z28

Need to pick your guys brain please. I was driving my 99 z28 the other day when the air bag light out of no where flashed for about 5 seconds then the car completely shut off. It did it again in about 30 minutes later. Does this sound like an electrical issue, a sensor, or anything like that? Any help or general ideas I can get is most appreciated.

I'm no expert, but if you had an airbag light then the car shut itself off, it sounds like a shock sensor is telling your car it's been in an accident when it hasn't.

BCM issues? After the car "shut off" did the car still have power? Did it crank again? Or did you have to wait?

The car temporarily for about 5 seconds tops had no power then it cranked over instantly and started.
