I just put an LS1/4L60E in my 67 Firebird convertible.
I used all I could from the 2002 z28 donor car. Let me know what info you need, and I"ll give it to you. The choices can be overwhelming. What are you planning on doing?

i am doing a swap myself on a 68 camaro, i just purchased the complete running gear from a 2000 ws6. ls1 with a 6 speed, everything from the rad to the tail lights. my question is, has any body tried using the rear end in a first gen swap? i will have to trim the housing and weld on leaf spring perches, i would like to use a corvette 19" wheel, so the wide rear end looks like it might work, do you know if this has been done before? Thanks RW
