I've had my curent one a 2000 Z28 since new. I bought it when I was 18. At the time I had a 73 LT with a 327 th350 that was really clean I sold it about a year later. Also had a 68 with an olds 455 in it lol that was a fun car. Had an 84 berlinetta that I really just used as a partout car.
I would like another second gen one day around a 70-72. Another first gen would be nice too with an LS drivetrain.

I've had 3 Camaro's and one Trans Am.
First was a 1984 Berlinetta that me and the old man pulled out of the junkyard running for $300, ran a 19.732 at the track blew the V6 on the burnout on the last run, hopeless. Starting turning into a drag car. But it was too rusted for it's own good-Crushed
Second was my actual first car. A 1988 IROC-Z Camaro.
Bought it looking like this
On a strict high school $100 a week paycheck, turned it into this
Loved the car to no end, even though it rattled, and made noises I never thought a car could make, I, idiotically, sold it for an LT1 Trans Am.
Sold the T/A and now a year later, I'll soon be bringing this home
2000 SS Camaro M6. 88,000 original miles
I probably made this post way bigger then it had to be. But oh well

I'm on my fifth - '89 IROC-Z, '91 Z28, '00 SS, '01 Z28, and now '02 SS.
I do not anticipate selling this one. The next one in my collection will be an '89 IROC-Z vert.

When we became "empty-nesters", we decided we wanted another "baby", so we got a 70 base coupe Camaro and did a restro-mod on it. It was a blast and we love showin' it off and driving it on Power Tours. As if that wasn't enough, we test drove a 4th gen SS and really liked it too. But put that on hold for awhile. Then just happened to come across an 02 SS 35th Anniv. LE, bone stock and took home another "baby". They both are great cars and we are enjoying them while we can before our sons inherit them
Still would like to have an 88-89 IROC some day but not sure if that will happen or not. So we are content with what we have
