My first car was a '69 Camaro, my mother bought it new on September 22, 1969. She gave her to me in January, 1977, Sold it in july, '99, it has a 383 stroker, dart II heads, Comp. Hyd roller, Holly pro-jection... I sure miss her.
Also owned a '67 RS,
2 1995 Z-28's,
And currently another '69 w/ factory cowl hood and rear spoiler, 350/TH350 with factory A/C, Factory 10 bolt posi, factory 15" rally wheels, complete. I am the 3rd owner, got it from a little old lady who put just over 500 miles in 11 years. Car has 84,000 original miles.
Awaiting in my garage is a 2002 Trans-Am WS6 LS1/Tremec M6 with a ton of parts from donor car, and 1986 'Vette front cast aluminum a-arms/spindles/knuckles/brakes.
This will be going on a Wayne Due Frame, arriving around beginning of Sept.
Guess where this is going...

I have a 67 that I am going to start working on this winter. Its just going to have a sbc/4spd combo, but my eventual goal is to put my 98s LS1/T56 since my plans for that car are a 370 with a built A4. I love first gens and I wanted a 67 forever, I was super excited when I got mine.

I have a 1969 Camaro... hoping to drop in an LS setup (was thinking BBC but thinking the other way) sometime next year, gotta get all the supporting mods done first (T56 going in now, and built 12bolt going in soon).

New member here mainly for all of the great LS info but found this section and had to post. I have a 68 SS 396/325 hp 4/speed 12 bolt car. Bought it from my neighbor 5years ago (he owed back property taxes) still had trading times add from 1987 for $5,500 or best offer! Arizona car w/all original sheet metal with one dime size rust spot on the driver's side quarter panel with minimal corosion on floorboards only in the rear footwells. Gave him $5,250 b/c he owed me $200 for cutting up a tree that fell on his garage that the car was stored in. Also some rust on the dash area near the VIN # that I'm getting ready to repair along with the small holes in the back seat footwells. These cars are known for leaking water in at the windows (or so i've read) not bad for 43 years old. Hope to build signature soon and add pic's of this one and my 2000 T/A WS6 M6 blk. on ebony.

Default Camaro owner

I have a 67 RS Camaro. I am in the middle of repainting. Also I pulled the motor and trans to rework the firewall. I decided to overhaul the motor again due to rear main seal leaking. I bought myself a Christmas present, an Eagle 496 rotating assembly. Having the block decked and converting to 4 bolt main caps. I owned this Camaro since 1997 which it was restored then. I also plan on redoing the dash panel with a Classic Dash with Autometer gauges. I just love it.

I HAD one of every year for awhile then the economy kicked me in the nads. The 67 would road race, then change the tire/wheels, reset the shocks and kick but in the 1/4 (9.8@138). A guy with a Z06. Chased me on you tube (ttz06 @ winter nationals).

I bought another 69 about 6 months ago and have been working on it, but alas...I found a deal on an 07 Z06. Now they are both for sale and I'll just keep the 02 SS.
