Default 100,000 Mile Refresh

It look beat up, but its still runs ok. My 02 Z28 needs a major refresh, and I'm not sure where to start.

Here is a small list of items I'm looking at.

small dent above rear wheelwell / minor bumps and bruises all around
clutch is slipping (old Z06 clutch)
rearend is making noise
tires
brakes
brake fluid flush
oil change
windshield wipers
alignment
seats
carpet
center console
headliner
headlights
tailights
front koni's - (rears were already done)
K/N filter cleaning
plugs and wires
_____________
timing chain?
water pump?
_____________

I think that's close to it with what she needs. Anyone have thoughts on 100,000 mile maintenance they would recommend while my car is under the knife?

Did I mention more power would be nice.

I thought i would try and take it to someone and have them basically restore its beauty and guts, but not sure who in H.B California who would do it.

Any Suggestions are more than welcome, so please advise.

Thanks!

So, is anyone interested in buying a 2002 Camaro Z28 to fix up?
