1995 Camaro LT1 5.3 swap, need help im about to pick up a 95' z28 roller and I just need to know exactly what all i will need to swap my 5.3 motor and trans from my 00 sierra 4x4 to the 95 z28. If anyone could send me a link for an official thread or give me the complete breakdown of everything ill need that would be great. just want to know what i'm getting myself into

Is it a Z28or a v6 car? I am doing this swap into an 89 but my parts list is much longer than yours will be. To start i would say motor mounts, exhuast,fuel pump,pcm wire harness or adapt yours, ls1/ls6 intake fuel rails and injectors,fbody drive belt system. and most likely a pcm flash. Go to lt1swap.com guy knows his stuff and there is a ton of easy to find info for lt1 and ls1 swaps. does the donor engine have anything with it? like the harness pcm ect..?

Well it's coming out of my running 00 sierra so anything I want to use out of that I can. Can't I just use the trucks pcm, wiring harness, fuel pump, etc?

yes the pcm,wire harness with some modification. dont know about the fuel pump and if it will fit in the 4thgen tank. you can pick up a pump and sending unit used for cheap got mine for $30. got a plastic tank from an ls1 fbody car for $50 so its not a deal breaker. the injectors will not work with the ls1 intake and fuel rail without some spacer/adaptors. like i said i am doing this swap in an 89 iroc so its a little different than your application.
