You have to have at the minimum of new injectors, fuel pump and a tune. The inline device is a Ethanol content analyzer. Not all e85 is exactly 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline, the sensor is there so the computer can make changes on the fly for variations in fuel.
e85 is great but not worth all the hassle for stock motor. High compression and or boost e85 is the only way to fly.

Why exactly is it you want to run e85 on a stock motor? The reason you have to replace all that stuff is the e85 reacts differently to the materials used to make them than gasoline does.

ive been running e85 for 15yrs in my drag car and in my street cars but they were carb cars and trucks, ive always picked up on e85 ,over gas, love being able to add some real timing ,great for when the temp is high outside, doesnt seem to hurt the et as much

No one I know will do that without the proper parts being installed. I wouldn't do it frankly.
