Default What should I do for a tune up?

Ok so I have a 98 camaro with 56K miles, it's sat for awhile and I wanna give it a little refreshing. I don't think the spark plugs have ever been changed, what parts should I replace and buy!? I'm new to camaros (former mustang guy) so help is very appreciated! Thanks

replace thermostat and coolant, replace spark plugs, replace plug wires, check belts and hoses for cracks, purchase lucas fuel treatment and pour in to tank accordingly. check and replace air filter. replace fuel filter. lastly change oil 5w-30 synthetic is suggested but not required also get a bottle of lucas engine treatment to help keep lifters pressurized alittle better. if you have the means after all that drop trans pan if its an auto and replace filter or take it to a reputable shop and get trans flushed. have fun good luck.

good advice on the patience, here is a tip for doing passenger side plugs, remove coil bracket on valve cover to get to rear plug or go from underneath.
