Pull the car into a gas station with a canopy. Loading docks at lowes or home Depot work as well.

Seals likely have to be changed. In the mean while if it is coming in good and getting things wet, you could put what we in aviation call speed tape over the length of the seams. It is metal tape. We sometimes use it if we have to put an airplane outside with a windshield that has not been sealed yet. You could use metal tape from hope depot made for ducting. Press it down good with your fingernails or a plastic scraper. This is very temporary of course, and will not look good, but it will protect your interior until you change the seals.
