Anyone know where I can find the all black lug nuts that come with these wheels?

The lug nuts are not all black, they are actually a regular lug nut with a threads on the outside so that a black plastic cover will screw on to it. Those black covers are sold at pretty much any auto parts store. I know Napa has them for a fact because I work there on Saturdays. They will most likely have to order them in for you.
