Default Electrical Problems

Ok so I bought my first car, a 1997 Camaro Z28. About a month into it i'm having problems. When i'm driving down the road I lose power to my radio and power windows. Sometimes when I go out and turn the key I get no power at all. No dash light, no radio, no start. I was digging around and I found this. A big blue connector with a ton of wires. It is located under the dash on the passenger side. I have no idea what it is but when I wiggle it, I get electricals back. Stop wiggling, and I lose them. I'm terrible at electricals and have no clue what to do. I'm new to this forum and at a loss with this car so bear with me.

It's a common problem, but can be repaired easily.
