99 z28 loss of power HELP Cam only car, btr stage 4 cam, 243 heads with an ls6 intake. The car has been tuned locally. My issue seems to be when I go wot the car will hit 4k and slowly climb after that, every once in a while it will snap out of it and run fine. We originally thought it was the tranny going out due to it slipping before this so I got a 4l65e with a 4200 stall nitrous converter. Needless to say the car still has the same problem. Also when driving the volts Guage will not hold a constant reading it's always bouncing and the dash lights, tach light, and headlights flicker with it. I wonder if my alternator is bad, and that could also be the cause of my power issue? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Also has a racetronix pump and hot wire kit, br7ef plugs for spray, all new bearings, arp rod bolts, and btr springs retainers pushrods with ls7 lifters the car also doesn't requires me to keep my foot on the gas upon start up so it doesn't stall
