San Diego Car Guy

I have manual windows and they work great when all the way up or down. No rattles and no air leaks when all the way up. BUT, when they are somewhere in between, they rattle like crazy. I've taken the inside panel off and looked around and the only thing I can figure is that the nylon rollers have too much play in the tracks. The play is the width of the wheel, not the diameter of the wheel.

Has anyone seen this before?
