Default Non-SS spoiler

I'm sure the question to this is "0" but...

Has anyone ever tested the rear spoiler that came in Z28's and V6 models to see if it applied any downforce whatsoever? My thought was that since the bottom of the 'wing' is curved and the top is flat, it might that way, (since it's sort of the reverse of the wing of a plane).

They didnt say weather it was the base or SS, but i read some where that the camaro spoilers were designed in the a wind tunnel.

If I remember right the base/Z28 spoiler provides more down force.
