Default Can you replace the whole core support?

So I have a 2000 Camaro SS that was hit on the right front. It looks like the previous owner tried repairing it by straightening it out and filling the rest in with body filler? The metal inner fender is crumpled and where the headlight sits is all smashed. The top of the core/radiator support is not even with the driver side and where the coolant reservoir sits is all messed up. Plus the right side frame rail looks a bit wavy. I think a body shop can straighten that out. I want to know if from the strut tower forwards, can you replace the whole frame section? From the looks of it where the battery sits you can see a seam, could you cut it from there and weld in a whole new front end including the radiator support? Everything from the black lines forward except the frame rails?

Not stealing your thread but I pretty much have the same question how is the core support attached, does it bolt in or does it take a sawzall or torch to remove and a welder to put a new one in.
