Ac not blowing correctly

I just finished swapping the complete dash in my 1999 Camaro and the ac was working fine, now I have everything back together but the air only blows at my feet even when I turn it to dash defrost etc. please help

this usually happens when the little vacuum hose on the back of the intake manifold passenger side breaks or comes loose.

Yep, bought my car and it was the same. When changing the motor I found the vac line was not on the intake. Got the motor going now and my face gets cold.
