Also your number seems around right, Ive seen anywhere from 3300lbs to 3500lbs. Were you full tank of gas? Any mods?

I agree with JD_AMG. It doesn't seem that far off to me. A stock example with nothing removed is usually around 3400-3500 depending on options and variables such as gas in the tank. The '98-'99 exhaust manifolds are a bit lighter than the '00+ cast iron pieces, so you might not have lost much weight with the headers. And the SFCs and STB add weight, as well as aftermarket leather (vs. cloth.) If you have T-tops that will also make the car a bit heavier. 1/2 tank of gas is more than what is used for published "curb weight" as I recall, so that's another factor. If you removed the SFCs, STB and got down to about a 1/4 tank of gas, it would probably weight about ~3450 or maybe less, which would be exactly normal, again, depending on options.

I weighed mine on a CAT Scale last year just before doing some minor weight reduction for track season and with full interior, and 1/4 tank of gas... it was exactly 3400 lbs with some heavy aftermarket wheels and minus the spare tire. But I do have quite a few suspension upgrades and a few other things done that are lighter than stock.
Like RPM was saying depending on the options your car came with and the fact you weighed it with half a tank of gas (gas is like 6 lbs per gallon)... if you would have weighed it with even a 1/4 tank gas you would have been at 34xx lbs.

This 17x9", 274/40 wheel/tire package is a bit heavier than the base 16x8", 245/50 wheel/tire package on a Z28.

I have no idea what a 1993 Z06 is, but the "ZR1" style wheels on the '98-'99 SS weren't an option - that was the standard and only wheel for SS in those years. The standard finish was silver painted with a polished lip, a chrome finish was optional. This wheel continued to be an option, in chrome only, for 2000-02 SS but the base wheel in those years changed to a 10-spoke.

I also know my wheels were an option, as I have the original paperwork. I've attached an image of the original original camaro ss rims, and the optional zr1 rims. The optional ones I have are in the same black color, and are 315 35 17's in back. I had to cut the bump stops, as they were rubbing. I believe they are heavier than the regular ss rims.
At no time was black an option (from GM or SLP) for this wheel on Camaro SS. This wheel only appeared in black from the factory on a C4 Grand Sport.
Also, the 17x11" version with a 315/35 tire was never a factory or SLP option on Camaro SS, in any color or finish.
All of this must be considered when comparing your weight to factory published curb weights or comparison with other vehicles. If you have chrome 17x11s out back with 315/35 tires, that's definitely adding weight over the stock silver painted 17x9, 275/40 setup. You won't find any factory published weight specs for a Camaro SS optioned with those exact wheels because this was never a factory or SLP option.
