Update, I have the problems worked mostly out I think. The revving problem was the tps, and now its just surging bad down low (idle goes up and down when stopped in gear) a good dyno tune should fix this I hope.

If it's still fat it will do that. You can make a motor sound like it has a larger cam by making it idle fat.
