Okay so I've been having issues with my car starting . 96 Camaro v6. I have a new battery . Cleaned all my terminals and all grounds. Pcm and bcm had a little corrosion in them . Cleaned them . The car normally runs fine . Recently . It will start first try . Then I'll turn it off . And it will not start . The dash lights come on . Fuel pump will not come on. But it will crank over. The security light is not on or blinking. But it has a clicking sound under the passenger dash. Clicks about every 20 secs even with the key out. As long as that's clicking it will not start. So I'll come back like 3 hours later and it will start first try. Then do it again . Could it be the vats? It doesn't have all the symptoms of the vats , only some. Anti theft relay maybe? Some help?

 

If the security light is not on its probably not a vats issue.
