Unhappy 1998 Trans am 99 ECU Swap Cluster problems

Hello my name is John, i have a 1998 trans am. My problem is that when my gauge cluster is plugged in it tells the computer that the coolant temp is -32 which makes my car run like trash, but when i unplug my cluster my coolant temp reads normal. I have tried back tracking with coolant temp sensor wiring tested the wiring to ECU and its all fine. BTW the car was originally a 1998 LS1 T56 car but was swapped with a 99 camaro ls1 and 4l60e that includes the engine harness.

i believe it has something to do with the interior wiring being converted to the 99 harness (wiring in passenger footwell) but i cant figure out how its supposed to be wired up.

Please respond with any help or questions
